When the Thermoform Mold design is completed, we start to process the parts that will form the Thermoform mold & mold. The main parts that make up the thermoform mold & mold by going through many processes such as CNC, milling, turning and teleerosion are processed and made ready for assembly. Many of the thermoforming molds are made of aluminum and CNC machining centers are a good advantage for milling and obtaining a very smooth surface finish.

All machines are controlled by CAM modules. This simplifies the transfer and minimizes the risk of error.
